Three Birds Café was created with one simple idea in mind: to build a space that feels like home—where good food, great coffee, and genuine connection come together effortlessly.

Founded in Winter Garden, Florida, Three Birds is a neighborhood café rooted in warmth, creativity, and community. Everything we serve is made with intention—from thoughtfully brewed coffee and handcrafted drinks to fresh, comforting bites meant to be enjoyed slowly.

The name Three Birds carries a deeply personal meaning. It represents my two siblings and me. When I was younger, my mom and I were walking home from school when she pointed out a group of birds perched together on a phone line—each one arriving from a different direction, gathering briefly before deciding their next destination. She explained how birds congregate like that, coming together before moving on.

As I grew older, that moment stayed with me. My siblings and I live in completely different towns—and even different countries—but somehow, we always find our way back to Orlando. Back to where it all started. Just like those birds.

That idea of always finding your way back became the heart of Three Birds Café. We believe a café should be more than a place to grab coffee—it should be a place to gather, unwind, celebrate, and feel welcomed exactly as you are.
